Mindful Organisations, guest edited by Prof Willie Chinyamurindi (0000-0002-4139-4224) and Prof Nasima Carrim (0000-0002-1325-7978). Framed around the theme "Mindful Organisations, Productive People: Cultivating a Culture of Mental Health", this collection contributes to the journal by exploring how mindfulness, as a psychological construct and organisational practice, can be integrated into workplace strategies to promote mental wellbeing, emotional intelligence, resilience, and ethical leadership. The articles examine mindfulness from an industrial and organisational psychology perspective, assessing its role in enhancing employee experience, team dynamics, and organisational culture. In line with SAJIP’s scope, the collection offers empirically grounded and theoretically robust contributions aimed at improving psychological functioning and organisational effectiveness in African workplaces.
