Abstract

The relationship between 6 job "core dimensions" (variety, autonomy, task-identity, feedback, dealing with others and friendship opportunities) and the total work performance of 93 employees was investigated. No significant correlations were obtained except for the core dimension "autonomy" (r = ,24, p is smaller than 0,05). No statistically significant improvement in predictory work performance could be accomplished by adding the remainder of the core dimensions.

Opsomming
