Abstract

Managers play an important role in assisting organisations to manage transformation effectively. The aim of this research was to determine the strategies that managers use to cope with transformation and to determine the differences between the coping strategies of participants measuring high and low on psychological strengths.

Opsomming
Bestuurders speel n belangrike rol om organisasies te help om transformasie effektief te hanteer. Die doel van hierdie navorsing was om te bepaal watter strategiee bestuurders in 'n transformerende organisasie gebruik om te cope en om vas te stel of daar verskille bestaan tussen die coping-strategiee van diegene wat hoog en laag meet ten opsigte van psigologiese kragte.
